With its help, you can take your documents wherever you are, and open them whenever you need, no matter you have internet connection or not. You can use the app to manage files in many popular formats, including pdf, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pages, Numbers, Keynote presentations,etc.

The app also provides unique in-app commenting feature. You can easily add comments to documents through drawing. The app supports many drawing tools for you to leave comments, including free form drawing, line, rectangle, ellipse, circle, etc. You can draw in different color, transparency, line width, solid or dash mode. You can even add photos from your PhotoAlbum to help you communicate better.You can also send your comments out by email or save it to your PhotoAlbum.

In order to manage your documents, you need to add them into the apps documents folder first. You can do that through iTunes. After that, just tap Open File button of the app to load your documents and view them. You can also use the app to open files you received in your email attachment. Just double tap on the attachment in you email or other file management apps, select MyDoc to open the file, the file would be automatically copied to the apps document folder. If you want to delete files that you no longer need, just tap Delete button, the app would remove the files from your iPad. If you want to send the document to your friends, the app provides email function for you to do so.
